I'm an engineer by education, an entrepreneur by experience, and a builder by nature.

I don't define myself by the roles I've held, but by what I've built through them.

Throughout my career, I've developed projects, businesses, operational systems, and multidisciplinary teams, always driven by the same curiosity: understanding how things work and how they can work better.

I enjoy turning complexity into clarity, ideas into reality, and challenges into sustainable solutions.

🚀 Launching & Developing Projects

From the initial idea to a fully operational business, I help transform concepts into structured, sustainable organizations.

⚙️ Process Design & Optimization

I analyze, simplify and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.

📊 Performance & Control Systems

I design monitoring systems, KPIs and reporting tools that support informed decision-making.

👥 Team Structure & Accountability

Clear roles, defined responsibilities and measurable expectations create stronger teams and healthier organizations.

🤖 Administrative & Operational Automation

I automate repetitive processes, reduce manual work and improve operational reliability through practical digital solutions.

🔄 Business Restructuring

I help businesses reduce founder dependency by creating systems that are stable, scalable and capable of operating independently.

My Working Framework

Every project is different, but my approach follows the same logical sequence.

1. Assess Understand the business, identify constraints and uncover root causes.

↓

2. Structure Design processes, roles and operating principles.

↓

3. Optimize Improve workflows, eliminate waste and increase predictability.

↓

4. Build the Team Develop the people, responsibilities and culture required to support the system.

↓

5. Transfer the System The objective is not long-term dependency. The objective is a business that performs independently.

The way I approach projects has evolved through years of experience across engineering, construction, entrepreneurship, and operational management.

Regardless of the industry, I've found that sustainable organizations are built on a few timeless principles.

These principles guide every project I choose to become part of.

👥 People-Centered Systems

Great businesses are built around people—not around constant sacrifice.

I design clear processes that allow individuals and teams to perform consistently, collaborate effectively, and grow without depending on continuous firefighting or improvisation.

My goal is to build systems that support people, rather than systems that exhaust them.

⚙️ Discipline with Flexibility

Consistency creates stability.

Creativity creates innovation.

Successful organizations need both.

I standardize what should be standardized—processes, responsibilities, and quality standards—while leaving enough flexibility for people to think, adapt, and improve.

The objective isn't bureaucracy.

It's clarity.

🔄 Operational Simplicity

Complexity is often a symptom of poor design.

The strongest systems are usually the simplest ones.

I believe businesses should continue operating smoothly even when the founder, manager, or key employee isn't present.

If a system only works because one person is constantly fixing problems, it isn't really a system.

📈 Practical Value

I choose projects that create tangible value.

For investors.

For organizations.

For employees.

And ultimately for the people they serve.

I believe the best projects are those that combine economic sustainability with long-term impact.

Because success is not measured only by profit, but also by the value that remains after the project is complete.

A Principle That Connects Them All

People build businesses.
Systems allow them to grow.

My role is to create the structure that enables both.

• Successfully launched and grew a hospitality startup during the COVID-19 pandemic, major urban infrastructure works, high inflation, and regional geopolitical instability.

• Turned an initial €30,000 investment into an autonomous operating business.

• Saved approximately €15,000 through in-house design, prototyping, and custom-built solutions.

• Built a profitable business, generating approximately 10% operating profit margin.

• Built a highly rated local restaurant brand.

• Designed and implemented performance evaluation and incentive systems.

• Automated and standardized operational and administrative processes.

• Hands-on experience managing quality control and execution for large-scale infrastructure projects.

• 2 Years — Engineering Design

• Technical detailing, 3D modelling and structural calculations.

• 5 Years — Civil Construction

• Project management, technical coordination and construction execution.

• 3 Years — Major Infrastructure

• Operational management and execution coordination for highways and large-scale infrastructure.

• Since 2017 — Entrepreneurship & Business Development

• Business development, operational consulting, funding acquisition and autonomous system design.

• I believe in learning through execution.

• I build.

• I test.

• I improve.

• Only then do I formulate theories.

• My experience in custom furniture manufacturing, interior construction, rapid prototyping and internal software development allows me to transform ideas into practical solutions while reducing implementation costs and project risks.

• The combination of engineering thinking, entrepreneurship and hands-on execution is what I consider my strongest competitive advantage.

• I believe healthy organizations and healthy communities are built on the same foundations:

• Responsibility.

• Collaboration.

• Long-term vision.

• I actively support volunteer initiatives, sustainability projects and community development while continuously investing in leadership, resilience and intercultural collaboration.

• Outside of work I enjoy kayaking, cycling and hiking, activities that strengthen discipline, adaptability and decision-making in unpredictable environments.
